Wander UnXplore (BeingWanderer Solutions) Private Limited

These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings, travel arrangements, and services provided by Wander UnXplore (BeingWanderer Solutions) Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as “Wander UnXplore”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By confirming a booking, you (“Client”, “Participant”, or “Traveller”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, along with the applicable Cancellation & Refund Policy.

These Terms constitute the entire and exclusive agreement between the Client and Wander UnXplore. No verbal statements, assurances, representations, brochures, social media content, or prior communications shall have any legal validity unless expressly incorporated herein in writing.



1. The Contract

  • A booking is considered confirmed only once Wander UnXplore issues a written confirmation via invoice or email.

  • Upon confirmation, a legally binding contract comes into existence between the Client and Wander UnXplore.

  • Wander UnXplore reserves the right to accept or decline any booking at its sole discretion.

  • Prices may be revised before confirmation due to operational or market factors.

  • The person making the booking confirms acceptance of these Terms on behalf of all participants listed, including minors and persons with special needs.



2. Medical Conditions & Fitness to Travel

  • Many trips offered by Wander UnXplore involve adventure activities, remote locations, variable terrain, and unpredictable weather.

  • Clients are solely responsible for assessing their physical and mental fitness for travel and must consult a qualified medical practitioner prior to booking.

  • Wander UnXplore does not provide medical advice and assumes no responsibility for medical suitability.

Clients must disclose in writing at the time of booking any medical condition, disability, pregnancy, injury, allergy, mental health condition, or special requirement.

  • Failure to disclose medical information may result in denial of participation or cancellation without refund.

  • Wander UnXplore reserves the right to request medical documentation or deny participation on reasonable health or safety grounds.

  • Pregnant participants beyond 20 weeks may be refused participation unless a valid medical fitness certificate is submitted in advance.

Medical facilities at destinations may be limited. Wander UnXplore makes no warranties regarding the availability or standard of medical care.



3. Special Requests

  • Requests related to diet, room preference, seating, or other personal needs will be accommodated on a best-effort basis only.

  • Such requests do not form part of the contract and non-fulfilment shall not constitute a breach of contract.



4. Travel with Children

  • Most trips are adventure-oriented and may not be suitable for children below 10 years of age.

  • Child participation is discouraged unless explicitly approved in writing.

  • If a child is travelling without a parent, a Parental/Guardian Consent Form must be submitted at least 15 days prior to departure.



5. Identification & Documentation

  • Clients must carry valid government-issued photo identification during travel.

    • Indian Nationals: Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Driving License, or Voter ID

    • Foreign Nationals: Passport and valid Visa

  • Failure to produce valid ID may result in denied check-in or services, for which Wander UnXplore shall not be liable.



6. Pricing, Taxes & Surcharges

  • Tour prices are subject to change due to fuel costs, taxes, government levies, currency fluctuations, or supplier revisions.

  • Any revision after confirmation shall apply only where legally permissible.

  • Prices are considered final only upon full payment.



7. Changes & Flexibility

  • Travel itineraries, accommodation, transport, and schedules are subject to change due to operational, safety, or local conditions.

  • Wander UnXplore reserves the right to make reasonable changes before or during the trip.

  • Major changes, if known in advance, will be communicated to the Client.

  • No compensation shall be payable for changes arising from force majeure or circumstances beyond control.



8. Acceptance of Risk

  • The Client understands that adventure travel involves inherent risks, including injury, illness, accident, or death.

  • By booking, the Client voluntarily assumes all such risks and agrees to release Wander UnXplore from liability arising from such inherent risks.

Optional activities offered by third parties are undertaken entirely at the Client’s discretion and risk. Wander UnXplore assumes no responsibility for their safety, quality, or outcome.



9. Independent Contractors & Third Parties

  • Wander UnXplore acts only as a facilitator for services provided by independent suppliers such as hotels, transporters, guides, and activity operators.

  • Wander UnXplore shall not be liable for acts, omissions, negligence, or defaults of such third parties.



10. Authority During the Trip

  • The tour leader or Wander UnXplore representative’s decisions are final and binding in matters concerning safety, discipline, and group well-being.

  • Any participant whose conduct is deemed unsafe, disruptive, illegal, or abusive may be removed from the trip without refund.



11. Force Majeure

Wander UnXplore shall not be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Weather conditions

  • Government orders or restrictions

  • Riots, strikes, or political unrest

  • Epidemics or pandemics

  • Transport or mechanical failures



12. Client Responsibility

  • Clients are responsible for understanding local laws, customs, climate conditions, and travel risks.

  • Clients must comply with all safety instructions and legal requirements during the trip.



13. Limitation of Liability

  • Wander UnXplore shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses including loss of enjoyment, income, or opportunity.

  • Any liability, if established, shall be limited to the total amount paid for the trip.



14. Unused Services

  • No refund or adjustment shall be made for unused or missed services due to late arrival, early departure, illness, or personal reasons.



15. Environmental Responsibility

  • Clients are expected to follow responsible tourism practices.

  • Any act harming the environment or local communities may result in immediate termination of services without refund.



16. Privacy Policy

  • Personal information is collected solely for operational and legal purposes and shared only with relevant service providers.

  • Wander UnXplore shall take reasonable measures to protect Client data.



17. Refusal of Service

  • Wander UnXplore reserves the right to refuse service to any individual for reasons related to safety, conduct, or operational integrity.



18. Severability

  • If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and binding.



19. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

  • All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.



20. Updates to Terms

  • Wander UnXplore reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.

  • Updated versions shall be effective upon publication on official platforms.
