Cancellation & Refund Policy
Wander UnXplore (BeingWanderer Solutions) Private Limited
This policy outlines the terms and conditions governing cancellations, refunds, changes, and unforeseen circumstances applicable to all trips and packages offered by Wander UnXplore (BeingWanderer Solutions) Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as “Wander UnXplore”). By booking with us, you acknowledge and accept the terms mentioned below.
1. Booking Amount
- The booking/registration amount is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.
2. Domestic Trips – Cancellation by the Participant
A. Short Duration / Weekend Trips (Trips less than 3 Days)
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting charges as per the schedule below (excluding the non-refundable booking amount):

Up to 60 days prior to departure: 0% deduction

59 to 45 days prior to departure: 50% deduction
-
44 to 25 days prior to departure: 70% deduction
-
24 to 7 days prior to departure: 80% deduction
-
Less than 7 days prior to departure: No refund
B. Long Duration Trips (Trips more than 3 Days)
Refunds will be processed as per the following deduction structure (excluding the non-refundable booking amount):

Up to 75 days prior to departure: 0% deduction
-
74 to 45 days prior to departure: 50% deduction
-
44 to 15 days prior to departure: 75% deduction
-
Less than 15 days prior to departure: No refund
3. International Trips (Trips more than 3 Days)
Refunds, if applicable, will be governed by the following policy (excluding the non-refundable booking amount):

Up to 75 days prior to departure: 0% deduction
-
74 to 45 days prior to departure: 50% deduction
-
44 to 30 days prior to departure: 75% deduction
-
Less than 30 days prior to departure: No refund
4. Cancellation / Change Process
-
All cancellation or change requests must be sent via email only to sales@wanderunxplore.com.

Requests via phone call, WhatsApp, or social media will not be considered.

Participants must reply to the original booking confirmation email for authentication and record purposes.
-
The non-refundable booking amount remains non-refundable in all cases.
5. Replacement of Participant(s)
-
Participant replacement is permitted only if the booking status is ‘Paid’ and the request is made at least 7 days before departure.
-
Replacement is not applicable for transport modes such as Volvo buses, trains, or flights, as these tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Any such transport booked for the original participant will be automatically cancelled as per operator rules.
6. Mode of Refund

Once a cancellation request is approved, a Credit Note / Refund Intimation will be issued via email within 2 working days.
7. Payment Gateway Charges
-
All eligible refunds will be subject to 2.5% payment gateway charges plus 5% GST.
-
These charges are not applicable for payments made via UPI.
8. Changes / Cancellation by Wander N Explore
Wander UnXplore (BeingWanderer Solutions) Private Limited reserves the right to:
-
Modify or cancel any trip, service, facility, itinerary, or pricing.
-
Make minor changes due to operational requirements.
Transport timings, carriers, and itineraries shared on our website or marketing material are indicative only and may change. Final itineraries and tickets (where applicable) will be shared 2–3 days prior to departure.
9. Force Majeure Events
Wander UnXplore shall not be liable for circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Natural calamities (rainfall, snowfall, landslides, earthquakes, floods)

Government orders or restrictions
-
Riots, strikes, protests, or civil unrest
-
Epidemics, pandemics, or health-related emergencies
-
Technical or operational issues with transport
-
Acts of God or any similar unforeseen events
In such cases:
-
An alternate trip option may be provided (subject to feasibility).
-
No cash refund will be issued.
-
A Travel Credit / Credit Shell equivalent to the booking or trip amount will be issued.
-
The Credit Shell can be redeemed for the same or another trip within 1 year from the original departure date.
10. Trip Disruption or Incompletion
-
If a trip is interrupted or cannot be completed due to force majeure events, no refund shall be applicable, as services are prepaid to vendors.

Any additional expenses arising from such situations shall be borne entirely by the participant.

Wander UnXplore shall not be liable for such additional costs.
11. Changes / Cancellation After Departure
-
No refund will be provided for any change or cancellation occurring after the trip has commenced, irrespective of the reason.
12. Unused or Missed Services
-
No refund or discount will be provided for any unused or missed services, including but not limited to:

Late arrival
-
Early departure
-
Voluntary or involuntary withdrawal from the trip
-
Illness, personal emergencies, or bereavement
-
13. Participant Drop-Out During the Trip
-
No refund shall be issued if a participant chooses to leave the trip midway.

Any additional expenses incurred for unplanned retreat or arrangements shall be charged to the participant on an actual basis.

Wander N Explore reserves the right to deny such mid-trip drop-out requests if safe arrangements are not feasible.
14. Code of Conduct & Ethical Communication
Wander UnXplore (BeingWanderer Solutions) Private Limited reserves the right to refuse services, cancellations, or requests in cases where a participant:

Violates community guidelines
-
Provides false or misleading information
-
Uses abusive, threatening, or inappropriate language
-
Attempts to defame or exert undue influence via social media or public platforms
We believe in respectful communication and community values. Polite and ethical interactions ensure better and faster resolutions.
This policy is subject to change without prior notice and shall be binding on all participants.
